Cancellations, Exchanges, Refunds
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact me within 24 hours after having placed your order to assure I do not proceed with shipping it. PLEASE NOTE: once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled.
Please notify me immediately on receipt of your order if your product arrived damaged or if the wrong item, wrong quantity, or wrong item size was shipped. It is my priority that you shall receive the goods exactly as you have ordered them, and in good condition. Damaged or mis-shipped goods will be exchanged promptly at no extra charge.
Make sure you make an informed purchase! Purchase of cat food premixes is a FINAL SALE. If you purchase a cat food premix for the first time, purchase a sample first.

For quality control, I do not re-sell returned items, and therefore can not accept returns on premixes and treats. Premixes are only exchanged in the rare event that the wrong item was sent. 

Refunds on premixes and treats are issued at my discretion in extraordinary circumstances only. I do not refund a purchase for reasons such as:
  • your cat does not eat the food made with my product
  • you allowed my product to expire
  • your cat appears to have a reaction to the food made with my product
  • you changed your mind about wanting to use my product
  • you thought my product was something other than what it is
  • you are dissatisfied with the service I offer
