For quality control, I do not re-sell returned items, and therefore can not accept returns on premixes and treats. Premixes are only exchanged in the rare event that the wrong item was sent.
Refunds on premixes and treats are issued at my discretion in extraordinary circumstances only. I do not refund a purchase for reasons such as:
- your cat does not eat the food made with my product
- you allowed my product to expire
- your cat appears to have a reaction to the food made with my product
- you changed your mind about wanting to use my product
- you thought my product was something other than what it is
- you are dissatisfied with the service I offer
