Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an automated email confirmation. 

I have always tried my best to ship orders on the next business day, but can no longer make that promise. Since the start of 2022, continuous supply chain issues are still cause occasional delays in shipping orders. In addition, orders are shipped only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for now, because I limit trips by car due to extremely high gas prices. 

All orders ship by Canada Post expedited small business mail unless you specified a faster service with Canada Post like Xpresspost or Priority during the order process. A tracking number for your shipment is NOT automatically generated and emailed to you. Please send me an email if you wish to track your order. 

Samples ship as letter to keep them affordable, and do not have a tracking number.

If you would like to sign for your order at delivery or have it held for pick up at your post office to assure that your order is not stolen when delivered by Canada Post during your absence, please notify me at the time of your order about this requirement in the comment or instruction field.

PLEASE NOTE that Canada Post is closed during statutory holidays which may cause additional delays due to the post office being closed.
