TCfeline Special Formula is formulated for adult cats to prepare a diet reduced in phosphorus.
It is also fortified with Vitamin A, D, and B Complex and does not require addition of liver. The food prepared with Special Formula is suitable for all adult cats, but also for cats with kidney disease (because it is reduced in Phosphorus). It is not a medicated diet and suitable for healthy adult cats who prefer the taste of this formula, prefer a diet without liver, or as an alternative for caregivers who can not prepare a diet with the inclusion of raw liver.
TCfeline Special Formula is suitable with use of cooked meats, as long as the premix is added after the meat has been cooked and cooled.
This formula is not suitable for kittens or adolescent cats or pregnant or lactating cats, because the bodies of growing, pregnant or lactating cats have a higher overall demand for minerals.
TCfeline Special Formula can be combination with meats containing bone (like whole ground chicken), because the premix itself supplies no bone or gelatin, which you would be adding back into the food with use of meats that contain bone. Please note, that when using meats with bone, the resulting diet is no longer suitable for cats with kidney disease, because it will once again match the phosphorus and overall mineral content of cat food made with TCfeline Original Formula.

400 gram pouch. Use 20 gram or 3 level Tablespoons to prepare a batch of 9 daily cat food portions. Prepares more when meat with bone is used.
